To some degree, the answer depends on the type of nose surgery you had.  I have my patients wait a period of time before resuming isometric exercises. Generally 3-4 weeks before intense exercising.  I would recommend checking in with your surgeon to ask when they are comfortable having you resume weight training.  Regarding supplements, a multivitamin is certainly acceptable to take post operatively.  For other supplements, check with your surgeon; most will be likely be fine.  
How likely is it for ears to go back to normal position after otoplasty?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, recurrences can happen. The rates of recurrence vary due to several factors, including technique used in surgery. Permanent sutures provided improved stability for healing the ear in the new position. After surgery, a dressing is often worn over the ears and head initially, followed by a headband or compression band over the ears for ~4-6 weeks. Thank you for your question. It sounds that you are still early in your recovery (2 weeks post op, correct?). It is normal to have a diminished sense of smell during this time, and should return with time. Low pressure saline rinses or neti pot irrigations are helpful in recovery after nasal surgery. I like to have my patients performing then almost right away. Check with your surgeon to be sure, but most likely these will only help your recovery. Headaches are more difficult to…
