Having said that, it looks like you have significant diastasis of your abdominal muscles which would require a full tummy tuck to completely flatten.

Very touchy area to treat. Many critical structures travel through the narrow ankle (lymphatic, blood vessels and nerves) and liposuction can create a circumferential scar around the ankle and along with lymphatic damage one can have chronic pain and swelling. Needless to say, unless your plastic surgeon has done a lot of ankle lipo with no problems, it would behoove you to hold off. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, you are a good candidate for liposuction of the abdomen with a mini-tummy tuck. This will remove the existing scars and replaced by low bikini scar which will tighten your lower abdomen nicely. Judging from your pictures, a tummy tuck will definitely be needed with a great result. One test that will confirm that you are good candidate is if you lay flat on your back, if your abdomen collapses and scallops, that would indicate that it is loose muscles and tightening them will indeed be effective. I think you would do well with a formal standard tummy tuck. I do not think a Fleur-de-lis is needed as the (?) benefit does not warrant the unsightly vertical scar. I would also be careful with the “extended” tummy tuck as the ends of those scars can be difficult to hide and (?) benefit. Good luck and thank you for sharing!

I would opt for a standard tummy tuck and accept some laxity. The vertical scar is all the way up to the breasts and in my opinion, unsightly compromise for ? more tightness.
Is it realistic to expect my scar to migrate 1 inch because my mons is a bit loose too?

You are asking very good questions. Tummy tuck has many variables which need to be examined to your expectations will be met. Focus on the umbilicus and make sure your surgeon takes time to make a natural belly button, or otherwise it can ruin an otherwise nice tummy tuck result.
