Assuming you're a good surgical candidate, liposuction of the jawline/neck alone would give you a good result, but adding Renuvion treatment to the area would tighten the skin in addition to thinning out the fat. This is something that may be done in an office setting under local anesthesia. I would start with those. At this point your scars are healed, albeit in a fashion that is not as cosmetically appealing as prior to surgery. Any further procedures should be discussed with your plastic surgeon so that you are aware of potential benefits and risks. Your plastic surgeon should also be able to give you a realistic idea of what to expect in terms of outcome. In your case, scar revision may not be as difficult or complicated as you may think.

While bruising may be a cause for alarm, the amount of bruising you have is commonly seen after breast augmentation. If you give it another week or so, the bruising should subside. Usually bruising presents at the same time as postoperative swelling. As the one goes away, so should the other.
