Great question! Hollows under the eyes are best filled with a harder gel like Restylane rather than juvederm (which attracts too much fluid and can appear boggy). Crepey skin is treated by stimulating new collagen. So my gold standard is the total FX CO2 laser. A one time treatment that takes 5 days to heal. Microneedling can also be used and may have less downtime but need multiple treatments.

Botox and Dysport take 2 weeks for the full effect - so I recommend waiting that period of time prior to a dosage adjustment. Also, there are a couple of muscles of facial expression that contribute to the height and shape of the lip. Sometimes one side requires a little different dose or injection pattern or depth. As long as you prefer the lower side, your doctor will be able to correct the higher side by additional treatment
