Thank you for your questions and photos.  I think you are an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck.  Your previous treatments will not interfere with your tummy tuck results.  Occasionally I will do liposuction first and a tummy tuck second to stage procedures on someone with a very thick abdominal wall. Thank you for your question.  Although some animation is normal.  Severe animation and pain is not.  This can be helped in several ways.  Sometimes a release of the pec muscle can be done or placing the implants about the muscle is another option.  Seek out a Board Certified PS for a revision.
