You are better to pursue an open rhinoplasty to have the overall shape change you are asking for. The size of the nose can be reduced , including the bump. Be sure to see lots of pictures of your surgeons actual patients. Filler is only going to make your nose larger so be careful before choosing that option. It will not deliver the results you are looking for. You have beautiful features and should enjoy a great change if done by an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

It is a good idea to always do your research and visit with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons who specialize in Rhinoplasty. Fillers will only enlarge your nose. Thank you for your question. Your safety in the first 24 hours after surgery is always important. The anesthesia will make you sleepy and sometimes forgetful during that first day. Any reputable surgeon will ask you to have a friend or healthcare person get you to your hotel and stay with you the first night. Thank you for your photos. It does appear that your incision is higher than most Tummy Tucks. While there is nothing you can do now, once 9-12 months have passed, there may be some softening of the skin that allows the incision to be lowered and the drain scars taken out. I have my patients start using the New Gel silicone sheeting anywhere from 4-6 weeks after surgery. This is after they have been examined and the incision proves to be well healed and closed everywhere. Only wear it about 12hrs/day. The skin needs some time without it so the incision does not become too warm or moist. I have found that even a month using this will speed up the healing process and help the scar to fade sooner than the usual year if you did nothing to treat it. Best Wishes

Thank you for the photos. You do have gynecomastia and are very similar to most of the men I treat. The puffiness of the nipples can be reduced by excision of the gland and liposuction is used to taper the contour of the chest. It is much better to treat this when the skin is younger, waiting until 40+yrs old will result in loose or hanging skin. Best Wishes
