Hello! Thank you for your question. This is a very common question so I am glad you asked.
If the plastic surgeon is experienced this should not be a problem to combine a tummy tuck, liposuction and a BBL at the same time. I perform this combination almost every day I am in surgery. It is less recovery time to do this at once but again find a board certified plastic surgeon that is experienced.

With liposuction it can really sculpt your body giving you that waist definition in your pre-baby photo. Hello! Thank you for your question. Fat grafting to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift) is a two part procedure. The fat used to add volume to the buttocks needs to be harvested (liposuctioned) from another area of your body such as the abdomen.
