Tummy tuck and breast lift can be performed safely in the same surgical setting given that the patient is healthy. The recovery from the joint procedure is about 2-3 weeks for a desk job, and longer for a job that requires more physical exertion. Best of luck with your procedure.

Congratulations on your weight loss! You are a good candidate for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. We usually recommend two weeks off after a tummy tuck if you have a desk job. We also don't recommend driving for about two weeks after a tummy tuck. Doing the two procedures together should not significantly increase your recovery time. Good luck with your surgery!

In principle, it should be possible to replace the old ruptured silicone implants at the time of removal. It is advantageous that the rupture is intracapsular, but sometimes a capsulectomy might have to be performed which might thin the breast tissue further. Placement of a dermal matrix might be helpful to provide support of the new implant. Consider getting a second opinion from a Board Certified plastic surgeon with experience in reconstructive breast surgery...
