You can have a lift and/or reduction and not really change the tattoos that much, but the nipple on the left may be next to or in the middle of that one. A plastic surgeon can draw it on you with a marker so you can see what would change.

You would have better long term results and safer surgery if you lowered your BMI. If you can’t really do that, find a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced with higher BMI patients. A full tummy tuck may not really make much difference. Doing an extended panniculectomy (removing the hanging part) with a lot of lipo might be a faster recovery and a safer surgery for you. Only see a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

If you said that you were never going to get down to your goal weight, I would say go for it. But if you have it in you to take off the weight, then being at your goal weight is a better choice. (Price isn’t really affected by 25lbs in most offices.)

Ideally, you would lose weight first. But if that’s really not happening, a board certified plastci surgeon can help you evaluate your options including liposuction and tummy tuck. A mommy makeover usually also includes breast surgery, but if you don’t want that, so be it. It is hard to be more specific without more revealing pictures, to be honest

In a perfect world, you would reach your goal weight before surgery. However, there are people who can’t get the needle to budge. You can still have liposuction to improve your appearance in clothing. Doing it at a higher weight puts you at a higher risk, as does fat transfer. But it is definitely doable! See only a Board certified experienced plastic surgeon!

In answer to your question, you do not have tuberous breasts. Unfortunately, they are different in shape and appearance. This can be made better with iimplants. An inverted nipple can also be improved. See only a board-certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your options!

You are a great candidate to put the implant in and do a lift. But if that isn’t what you want, review photos with a surgeon who can show you realistically what you would look like without the lift. You may be thrilled in a bathing suit, but less so when you are undressed.

That’s a great question, but with no real answer just yet. Mommy makeovers mean different things to different patients. It means doing breast surgery and stomach surgery on the same day. Are you having breast implants? A Lift? A reduction? Are you having a full tummy tuck? a mini? or just lipo?
Lipo with imlants has the shortest downtime. A full tummy tuck has much longer.
What do you need to get back to? How old are your kids? What do you do for a living? and how do you get…

Now’s the time! Do the full tumy tuck with Lipo360. That will give you the best results. Lipo alone is another option if you don’t have the down time. But it is not the ideal choice.
There are multiple options for your breasts, with and without implants. Let the Board Certified plastic surgeon that examines you explain the pros and cons of all of the choices. There are a few that would give you nice shape.
