Obviously we're somewhat limited in this forum as we can only go by photos alone.  That being said, based on your photos, you appear to be a candidate for a breast augmentation along with a one-sided lift for symmetry.  That one-sided lift would be either through just the areolar incision or possibily a lollipop scar.  Hope that helps!

A Breast lift can be performed WITHOUT changing the implants. If you are happy with the feel and size of your implants but just want the breast height corrected, this can certainly be done while leaving the implants alone.

You are still relatively early in the healing process. Options to consider including silicone treatments, steroid injection, and scar massage. Ask your surgeon for his/her preferences. Recognize as well that it takes several months for the scar to smooth out and the color to lighten.

Don't panic!  Liposuction is a marathon not a sprint.  There is a long period of swelling (6-8 weeks) and an additional period required for skin tightening (3-6 months) that need to pass before you can faithfully assess your result.  Compression is important and there are many who believe lymphatic massage can assist as well.  Good luck!

It looks like you have some suture material that is exposed.  It should either fall off on its own or your surgeon can snip it off to you.  This is not an uncommon experience and should not hinder your final result!

Thank you for your question.  In general, it is appropriate to wait AT LEAST 3 months to assess your result.  When I see patients who come from another surgeon's office looking for revision, I encourage them to wait at least 6 months before making a return trip to the OR.  A couple things to keep in mind.  First, it is certainly important to relay your concerns to your surgeon and if after 3-6 months you feel like your concerns are not being addressed, it would be reasonable to seek out anot...

Ideally, patients have a stable (at least 6 months) and healthy (BMI30, surgery may certainly still be possible if a health clearance is provided from a primary care provider and as long as the patient understands he or she is at greater risk for complications.

Based on your photos, you appear to be an excellent candidate for a circumareolar lift.  Be advised that this would entail a scar around the entire circumference of the areola and you might be left with asymmetry in terms of size and shape of the areolar although they should end up at the same height.

A better test would be an INR.  Unless you had a history of bleeding disorders, it was probably unnecessary to order this test in preparation for a breast augmentation.  In any case, your number is barely elevated and likely does NOT represent a significant risk to you.  Since your surgeon was likely the one that ordered this test, it is best that you consult with him/her.

This is certainly something you should bring to the attention of your operative surgeon.  It is difficult to make any definitive diagnosis solely from a photo but it is possible that your pocket was over dissected leading to lower-resting implants.  This or other causes could be addressed with a revision operation.

Selecting the appropriate implant for a patient is finding that sweet spot where patient goals and patient anatomy intersect.  The former can be determined with 3D imaging, goal photos, and in-office sizing.  The latter required a thorough in-person examination taking into account multiple measurements and assessments including skin thickness and stretch.  I suggest finding a board certified plastic surgeon whom you trust and letting him/her guide you through the process.  Good luck!

From your photos you appear to have hypertrophic scarring.  This is not an altogether uncommon occurrence in plastic surgery and there are ways it can be treated.  I suggest starting with your chosen surgeon who can counsel you on your options.  Good luck!
