Rigorous workouts take longer to return to. These days I am also recommending external radio-frequency treatments called ThermiSmooth. I recommend that you weight to have surgery after you reach your goal weight of 150 pounds. If you have surgery first and lose 35 pounds after surgery, the surgical results will change unpredictably and not always for the better. Best of luck!

Liposuction of the back can certainly be combined with the procedures that you mentioned. Typically, I perform the breast work first while the patient is on the operating table facing up. Liposuction and fat grafting of the butttocks (if desired) is performed next with the patient repositioned on each side. Finally, the patient is returned to the facing up position for the abdominoplasty, which I perform last. All procedures can be performed together safely and with great results! Best...
