Based on the photos, I think you are a surgical candidate (rather than fillers) due to the excess loose eyelid skin, skin quality, and eyelid laxity.  Laser can be used as an adjunct in good candidates. Surgery in eyelids like yours has to be done carefully and taking the necessary steps to avoid complications but can give meaningful improvement. Consult with an oculoplastic surgeon.

It looks like there is a small bag with a relative area of hollowness under it. This can be improved with some dermal filler such as Restylane or Belotero. The small bumps are very common. You can try retinol, chemical peel, and/or ablative laser resurfacing but they can sometimes be hard to get rid of completely.

Treatment of undereye dark circles depends on the cause. It looks like there maybe so mild hollowness, which can be corrected with dermal filler, such as Restylane. The skin under the eyes is very thin, so you are seeing the darker muscle and deeper structures.  There is some skin pigmentation on the upper eyelid, so there maybe some on the lower lid (hard to tell from the photo), which is harder to treat. From your photos, I think that non-surgical treatment with dermal filler such as Restylane maybe your best option. It usually lasts about 1 year but may also last longer with each subsequent treatment after that. I would advise against any permanent fillers in this delicate area. Surgery maybe an option if there is an undereye « bag » that is large enough that when transposed (repositioned), will fill in the hollow. That has be assessed in person by a surgeon experienced with that procedure.

Think of the soak as more of a compress - take a few soaked gauze and lay them over your face for about 20 minutes. In the first few days i suggest doing so every 2-3 hours. then apply a thin layer of aquaphor or another healing cream your provider may have given you. When you are ready for the next compress, gently wash the face, do NOT scrub it or you will irritate the skin.

Although the downtime is usually only a few days, it is possible for the skin to be red for a few weeks and even up to 2 months, if the treatment was aggressive. this can usually be covered effectively with makeup. vitamin C can also help reduce redness (just make sure you don't start using it too soon after laser as to not irritate the skin). For patients considering the treatment before an event where they have to look their best, I usually suggest doing it 3 months prior.

What you are describing sounds like dermatitis. this may be allergic from a product you used, or scrubbing the skin too hard. its best to have the treating provider take a look, to ensure there is no infection. the skin after the laser is very sensitive and can be easily irritated.
