You have a slight facial asymmetry responsible for asymmetric appearance of the eyes. These cases are not possible to be corrected 100% by surgery. Skeletal Lefort 3 + browlift is not worth it in your case.

For upper eyelid lift, I recommend to proceed with local anesthesia and some extras to enhance surgery and recovery. (Lidocaine 2%+epinephrine+tranexamic acid).
