There is a general misconception about the open or closed approach rhinoplasty, one is not superior to the other, both technique is adequate to reshape your nose in success , it depends on which technique your surgeon is more experienced with. the only difference between closed or open approach rhinoplasty is the incision at columella. By the way the further information would be better at consultation.
