You have prominent an eye bags. You should definitely have eye bag surgery (with fat transposition). In your case, fillings can worsen your condition.

You have a medium eye bags. Your solution is definitely Lower Blepharoplasty with fat transposition . Your under eyes will be worse with the fillers. I don’t recommend to you fillers.
