Cellfina: Is one treatment enough or does this require multiple series?

Cellfina is meant to be a one time in office procedure, that lasts 2+years. All of our patients are very happy after the one treatment and have never had to come in for another. There are about 2 weeks of "downtime" associated with this and is important to follow after care instructions for best results.
Why is fraxel getting such a bad rep? Is it a safe treatment?

I've been using a variety of Fraxel lasers for about seven years and have not seen any significant or lasting negative side effects. Conversely, in experienced hands, results are consistently excellent and down time is limited. Pain, if any , is usually mild. I mostly use the Fraxel Dual, but a milder version by the same manufacturer is the "Clear and Brilliant" device. Thanks for the questions, which bring up some common concerns.Certainly Botox can lift and arch the brows to some degree when properly injected. Also, Ultherapy (a noninvasive ultrasound based treatment) can give significant brow elevation for a longer period without any down time.
