To really get the best results, you would ideally want to lose weight before any surgical procedures. It is possible to use liposuction to remove unwanted fatty tissue from your chest and torso, but this will likely create skin excess. Also, to remove the fatty tissue safely, you would need several procedures. If you lose weight to 190-210lb you can have a safer surgery, with less recovery and a better result.

With a lollipop technique ( no transverse scar) also called a vertical mammoplasty, I allow my patients to use a underwire bra after the first week if they want.
