Hello. There is only so much that can be told from a photograph. My advice is to visit a few board-certified plastic surgeons in your area and take their advice. If you are not recommended to be a surgical candidate right now, that is ok and go into the consult knowing that is a potential option.

Hi there. I think you can probably get close to your wish pics, with the understanding that making your areolas that small is going to be at odds with making the volume of the breast that large. You might consider somewhere in the middle where you have an increase in volume and/or not have areolas as small as the photos you provided. It is really part of the conversation you would have with your board-certified plastic surgeon during a formal consult. Hope that helps!CDK

Hi there. Implants can give the appearance of the nipple being raised relative to the rest of the breast. The distance between the nipple and your clavicle may not change, but the proportion of visible skin between the nipple and fold can (especially in your case since you are a little constricted) increase, resulting in better proportion and 'prettier' breast. Hope that helps!CDK

If you like them both and have done your research, it probably doesn't matter much which one you go to. I would be more concerned about you travelling for breast augmentation and not being around the doctor should you have an issue. Sounds like your research has focused on how right things can go, which is a great place to start, but you should also consider that things do not always go perfectly and you would ideally be near your doctor to take care of you in that instance.

Some patients are very prone to this and have 'spongy' tissues over the sternum. If you are one of those patients, gentle midline compression by placing a roll of gauze or something soft inside the bra in the center can help. Ask your plastic surgeon if this is a good option for you.Hope that helps!CDK

Hi there. I think a better question might be 'Do I need a breast reduction?' as you mention that you have always wanted smaller breasts. Hi there. The good news is that this can be improved. The questions to be answered are with regard to scarring. It would need to be examined in person to see how mature that tissue is. Sometimes a simple injection can help dramatically, other times it will get better with agressive massage, and sometimes a surgical procedure will need to be performed. Hi there. Trauma to the lip can result in loss of pigment, scar formation, or both. Two options include cutting out the damaged area and concealing the scar better, or having the area tattooed for concealment. You would want an in-person exam with a plastic surgeon near you to learn more about the options. They need to feel the tissue for pliability and scarring to give you the best advice. Hope that helps!CDK

Hi there. Lip reduction is commonly performed along the wet-dry junction of the lip where the scar usually can be concealed better. This is a routine part of around-the-mouth surgery, and is sometimes combined with other procedures for a more aesthetic mouth. Depends on the look you're going for and the style of implants. Everyone has their own esthetic. If you are wanting a very natural look that has some droop and just want smaller areolas, you may be a candidate for a large implant and a small lift. If you want a very perky look that is as tight as it can be made, you might be better suited for a smaller implant and a bigger lift. Without knowing the look you want and the size of implant you want, there's not a great answer to this question....

I guess I'll be the outlier here. If you want a scar that is going to be low enough to hide in that red bikini, there will likely be a short vertical scar at the bottom (that would peek out the top). The distance between the top of the bikini bottoms and the top of your umbilicus is probably 12-15 cm based on my guess from the picture. I don't think that much skin can be removed and also keep the incision low enough to hide in those bottoms. So you can choose to have a higher incision, and w...

Hi there. Without photos and knowing exactly what you had done, it's tough to answer this question. Breast revision surgery can be complicated and sometimes several operations need to be undertaken to treat relaxing tissues. You could based on pictures, but sometimes someone has WAY more skin than a photo shows. You might have the elasticity to have a full tummy tuck, or you may be a better candidate for an umbilical float and a mini tummy tuck. You really should be examined in person by a board-certified plastic surgeon to be sure.

If you are second guessing your operation, the person to speak with is your surgeon. There's not too much doctors online can offer without knowing all of your specific goals and examining your breasts in person.
