Sorry you're having this issue 4 months post-op but thanks for asking the question. This far out from surgery, your compression garment isn't really doing much and may be contributing to your itching issue. I would recommend stop wearing the compression garment, but please consult with your surgeon first. I only recommend my patients wear theirs for 6 weeks post-op.

Your thyroid nodule and hyperthyroid condition are a risk for ANY surgery, so that's the bigger issue. Getting breast implants is generally safe for most healthy patients, but your thyroid condition may affect your blood pressure during surgery and give the anesthesiologist a challenge, so it's important to have that thoroughly addressed and treatment before having your breast implant surgery.
