Hi there,We commonly do perform combined procedures in face. Blepharoplasties, fat transfers, lip lifts, face lifs are the most combined procedures with rhinoplsty on the face. Thus you dont need to worry about perfoming them at a time unless you have very much to do with your nose like rib cartilge usage or any other thing that complicates your revision rhinoplasty. Hi there,The recovery after rhinoplasty will last like 15 days, however we dont recommend immediate heavy lifting or scuba diving following rhinoplasty after 15 days. This is much more related with sudden blood circulation changes with effort and pressures. Following 1 month recovery, with a typical rhinoplasty surgery you are free to do these two sports.

There are multiple ways to correct the view; 1- Remove the bridge and leave the top alone. 2- Leave the bridge alone and elvate the top of the bridge 3- Gradually increase the top of the bridge combined with gradually decreasing the bridge. all of the options can be done with the rhinoplasty surgery. Fat transfer to these areas will minimize the creases, help you look better. However the viability percenatege of fat cells transferred to the face are unknown. Thus we can not conclude if it is permanent or not.

First of all you would better consult to an endocrinologist to calirfy if you are thyroids works fine. Hi there,In rare bump reccurencies may occur. This is generally because of two reasons: 1- New bone formation called callus in the bump area. 2- Periosteum (tiny membrane covering the bones) heypertrophy. In these cases unfortunately medical treatments or massage will not work. A minor revision surgery stands like a good solution to fix the bump reccurence.
