Hi,
Unfortunately with any injection there is always going to be a risk of bruising. The skin underneath the eye area is very thin, and therefore subject to increased risk of this happening. Since you have already done your treatment, the best post treatment regimen would be to use oral Arnica Montana, and also apply topical Arnica Montana cream three to four times daily.
