Thank you for your question. It is very difficult to respond to
your question without any photos. However, 20 pound gain in your weight is a
bit in excess. One of the major aspect of buttocks augmentation with fat transfer
is to lipo-sculpture around the buttocks to create an attractive frame. The result
of your “Brazilian butt lift” will depend on how much fat you have for transfer

after the surgery compared to now and whether your weight has changed since

A minor or mild degree of excess skin at the end of tummy tuck incision or scar are referred as “dog ears”. Depending on the amount of skin and fat that has to be removed, the problem can easily corrected by excising the excess skin and fat under local or general anesthesia. Best of luck.

It is not possible to give you an accurate answer without seeing
photos (multiple views) of your tummy. However, significant resolution of
swelling will be noticed within the next several weeks given adequate compression
is applied to the abdominal region with restriction of activity. In addition,
constipation and menstrual period can worsen the appearance of the abdomen. You

Yes, you may apply a moisturizer to the addominal skin 3 weeks after a tummy tuck except the incision. The incision should be treated with some type of scar care regimen to improve the appearance of the scar with time Best of luck.

Fat transfer is a viable option to rejuvenate and restore lost
volume in the face (malar, submalar, etc.), forehead and peri orbital (around
the eyes) region. The method of fat transfer should be specific for the face
(e.g. very small increments with specific cannulas for different area and some
areas prefer micro-fat transfer. Make sure you choose a surgeon who is boared certified.

From your description and you photos I would not worry but need
to be followed with your PS. You may have developed a Seroma (collection
of clear non-infectious fluid under the skin in the area where the dissection
was done). In the absence of fever, redness & warm to touch around the area
of drainage, non-foul smelling fluid, there is no infection. If fluid can be

The area shown in the photo looks like it is skin necrosis. My
recommendation is to apply antibiotics ointment (given you have no allergy) two
to three times a day. Follow up closely with your PS. Keep the area clean at
all times (avoid any contamination). Need to look for sign of infection:
redness outside of the area, warmth to touch and foul smelly discharge; in
extreme cases fever (temperature greater than 102.5). In majority of the cases

Thank you for your question. Seroma is not dangerous to
your health and in majority of the cases it resolves with several aspirations.
Seroma usually do not affect your outcome. However, you need to follow up closely
with your PS. We recommend continuous application of a compression over the
area, limitation of physical activity until resolution of the seroma and for
