Can I get Botox the the same day I’ve had an MRI with contrast?
botox and mri

You can probably get botox done if the Sri is done being done on the same area. If it is an Sri of the head and you are getting botox on the face its probably best to leave the botox until after then scan.
I am a bald NW6 male 55yrs. When I raise my eyebrows, my bald scalp moves forward and I have wrinkles
Forehead wrinkles
Nov 8, 2020
Forehead wrinkles are a common complaint. Botox can definitely help prevent the use of the frontalis muscle in the forehead and reduce the wrinkles. The question to ask though is why are you raising your eyebrows if you are doing it often. The answer might be that you have eye brow ptosis in which case a brow lift might be beneficial. This procedure would be of benefit if you are raising your eyebrows if you are trying to raise your eyebrows to improve your vision. If this is not the case…
How do I eliminate puffiness and bags under my eyes after cataract surgery 6 months ago?
Lower lid eye bags
Nov 8, 2020
It may be that you were indeed allergic to the eye drops but eye bags that persist after 6 months tend not to be due to the drops – especially if you have stopped using them many months ago. You may benefit from surgery to the lower eyelids to correct the eyebags if they bother you significantly. This procedure is known as a lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
What procedures would be best suited for me based on the following?
Lower lid eye bags
Nov 8, 2020
Looking at your photographs you appear to have good skin and may benefit from a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty with redrawing of the fat pads that protrude giving the appearance of eye bags. It is done from inside the eyelid and without a scar.
Can I do Botox to lift eyebrows or help prevent droopy eyelids?
Brow botox
Jun 28, 2020
The botox will lift your brow. From the photo however I feel that your brow isn’t particularly low and is actually at a good height. The droopy eyelid which is known as a ptosis is in my opinion probably due to genetics if there is a family history or prolonged contact lens use. It would be best to treat this surgically but seek an option from an oculoplasric surgeon.
I’m looking to have 3 moles removed from my face. I’m wondering what the best method for minimal scarr
Best course of action
Jun 28, 2020
A shave biopsy is your best chance of having no scar although sometimes some marks remain. The shaved sample should be sent to the lab to ensure it is benign. As the area has only been shaved some the mole remains in the deeper layers of the skin and there is a chance it can come back.
Can I be allergic to the chemical compounds of acrylic lenses?
Acrylic allergy
Jun 28, 2020
This is very rare. If you were allergic to the lenses I think there would be some signs your ophthalmologist would detect when examining the eyeball before it got to the eyelids. The history of a blepharoplasty in my opinion suggests that you might be a bit more prone to having eye bags and if it was several years ago the condition may have recurred.
