Great question! It is hard to determine what the green discharge is if every test you have done is normal. I would definitely find a board certified plastic surgeon for your procedure and inform him/her on your condition. They will be able to take extra precautions in regards to your surgery and covering your nipples during the procedure. You should also get post-op antibiotics. Bruising and swelling is normal in the post-op period. If the bruise is 1" diameter with mild tenderness that would usually just be considered a bruise. A hematoma would be very tender and make the breast significantly larger when comparing to the opposite side. I would trust your provider, especially if they are a board certified plastic surgeon.

I think that you would be a perfect candidate for a breast augmentation. I recommend going to a board certified plastic surgeon. Try a couple consults to see a few providers. Thank you for including photos but choosing size and shape is best with physical examinations. You are thin and have a thin "pinch" test but that does not diaqualify you from surgery!

Usually this would be determined by your board certified plastic surgeon. Due to protecting the sterility and safety of the patient and use of implants (foreign body), we usually would not perform the mole excision at the time same time.
Excisions under local anesthetic are quite simple, safe and painless in the office.
I recommend checking with your plastic surgeon if they are comfortable with the combined procedures.

At my clinic, I like my patients to be 6 weeks smoke free, but most surgeons would want you to stop smoking 2-4 weeks before AND after surgery. Anything with nicotine (gums, vape, cigars, etc.) will inhibit wound healing, which includes second hand smoking.
As far as drinking as long as you stop a few days before surgery you should be fine. Alcohol will affect your bleeding during and post-operatively. So also refrain from drinking...

Based on your photos , it looks as though you have tubular shaped breasts. I would not agree with your diagnosis of hypoplasia. This can be improved with an augmentation and a breast lift /areolar reduction.

From the photos provided, I believe you would be a candidate for a breast lift to include a small reduction. It will leave you perkier and usually with an areolar reduction. I do not think you need any implant to be placed as the lift should give you more upper pole fullness.
Gravity will continue to win as we all age, so yes later in life your breasts will sag but you will be able to get another operation later in life.

Great question and photos. I think that you would be a perfect candidate for a breast augmentation. I think with the goal breasts, you could use the 400cc HP breast implant. I recommend finding a board certified plastic surgeon that can simulate using 3D techniques. Or give you the opportunity to try on sizers to give you a realistic expectation of your goals.

After viewing your photos, you do have breast asymmetry noted. I would not call your breast tubular in shape. I believe that you would benefit from a breast augmentation with a dual-plane technique, placing the implant under the pec muscle.

Thank you very much for providing the photo of your facial acne. Have youtried any other lasers in the past? I think that the mixto CO2 laser would do wonderful job at improving the acne scarring that you do have, provided in your photo. I hope the laser hair treatments are helping with your hair growth, unfortunately I have not run into this problem with blackhead acne after laser treatments where I treat my patients. I recommend following up with our laser providers or a dermatologist to make sure your skin in clean. Do you treat your skin for acne normally or does this only occur after laser treatments? I wish I could be more help but this is a problem I have not run into in my laser...

We use a CYNOSURE vectus laser hair machine. Now laser hair removal is never 100% pain-free but there are options to reduce the amount of pain. We offer a topical numbing cream to be applied for 20 mins prior to lasering that allows our patients to be most comfortable. See if that is an option at your laser location. Or see if the provider can write you a prescription for that topical numbing agent to be applied at home prior to laser...

Normally nipple piercings will not affect healing. Especially since yours have been out for 1 month. Continue to keep them out post-operatively. If there is tenderness, I recommend seeing your board certified plastic surgeon prior to surgery. It may have just been previous skin or tissue within the "hole: from the piercing. We usually put patients on post-op antibiotics.
Have clear communication with your surgeon.

With your photos you are borderline recommendation for aug vs aug/lift. We base our lifts off of nipple locations and IMF, so you are right at that area. Depending on goals and able to accept scars, I would discuss with your board certified plastic surgeon.
You may be offered a breast augmentation and later a peri-areolar lift or any lift. Or get a breast augmentation and lift at the same time. I highly recommend...
