Hello, it is normal to have a mild degree of asymmetry after any breast procedure. From your photos it is difficult to determine the amount of difference there is and what the potential cause is. It is best to discuss your concerns with your surgeon and follow post-op instructions such as massage and choice of bra. If a secondary procedure is needed 6 months after the surgical procedure would be the earliest this should be considered and ideally waiting for a year would be best.

Hello, the bleeding and bruising that you are seeing needs to be thoroughly evaluated by your physician. It is good that you are not experiencing pain and there is no increased swelling but persistent drainage and dark blood needs to be addressed properly. If you are not comfortable with your surgeon’s approach then seek another opinion soon.

Hello, Lip augmentation by injecting fillers usually does produce swelling which can last a variable amount of time for patients. I see that you do have some bruising which which can prolong the swelling also. Please check back with your physician for follow-up if the swelling does not subside soon or for any questions.

Hello, breasts do not shrink after breast reduction but as the swelling dissipates the volume will definitely decrease. It is hard to quantify the amount of change, but most will occur in the first two months after surgery, and it can take 6 months to a year for the final shape to be achieved. Patience is a must until the post-op period is complete.

Hello, From the photos submitted it appears that a mini-TT may also be a good option with lesser recovery.Your upper abdomen is generally smooth and it appears that most muscle laxity is in the lower abdominal area which can be repaired during the procedure . Hello, it is normal to have some swelling and asymmetry after breast reduction surgery . It will take at least 6 months for the majority of the edema to resolve. A small amount of difference in the breasts is expected after this procedure is complete but not enough to interfere with overall results.

Hello, from the photos which you have sent us it appears that you have a visible tear trough , which is the visible depression at the lower aspect of the eyelid. Blepharoplasty with fat transposition or grafting is the permanent solution for this appearance. A simpler office based treatment would be injecting mico droplets of HA filler as a camaflage for the depression. This is performed in 10 or 15 minutes in the office and does produce temporary improvement .

Hi, based on your photos and desires I feel that rhinoplasty with cartilage augmentation of the dorsum (bridge) and tip plasty would be best . You will require both more projection and tip length and I don’t think that you will be able to achieve this with injection of fillers.

Hello, Liposuction of the waistline or thighs with fat transfer to the buttock does not require general anesthesia to be properly performed. Regional or spinal anesthesia with sedation is a good alternative to general anesthesia for this procedure . Abdominoplasty with liposuction usually does require general anesthesia due to time considerations and the magnitude of the procedure.
