Dear Tina In many cases, it has taken time for the elevens to develop and there is underlying volume loss. In my view, the best way to make that decision is to compare the elasticity of the right and left breast. if they are reasonably similar, then an augmentation will go well. Dear TworthyThe risks associated with rhinoplasty not only depend on the nose itself and the surgeon but also on the goals of the patient. For example in your case, reducing your dorsal hump and narrowing your tip via a closed rhinoplasty would be easy. adjusting for the alar base asymmetry in vertical height, very challenging. Overall, based on what I can assess from photographs, you are a candidate that will do very well with your rhinoplasty. Take your time to determine your actual goals....

Dear BrendaBreast implants can take time to settle and form their pockets. You are in the early phase of that process. In most cases, 70 to 80 percent of that process takes as long as 3 months. be patient. it will get better ...In my practice, I would recommend breast massage at this stage to help expand your implant pocket.

As the swelling of the upper two thirds is reduced, the lower third will proportionately look larger. That is normal. the lower third swelling will go down in the next few weeks. It takes nearly one year for most noses to settle to final shape after rhinoplasty.

Hi MissLVHI think in general, an endoscopic brow lift can improve your brow position and help avoid unsightly scars and generally in your circumstance, that is the best first step if you are worried about scars.To answer your question directly, yes you can follow a lateral brow lift with a full lift technically.

As you know, it is too early to be worried about your final results. Although your tip is likely to "drop" after rhinoplasty, if you had a strut placed, it is less likely to drop significantly. I think at this point you need to wait for your nose to take shape, for the early swelling to settle and the tissues to soften. You are likely to get a little de-rotation. You can truly assess the results at 1 year and then decide on how to proceed.

Dear MarirhinoplastyIn general, rib grating is used in revision rhinoplasty when there is little to no septal cartilage left for use. although rib graft itself can warp, bending the way your nose was prior to surgery is less likely. More often than not, your nose will be more straight but not perfectly symmetric.

Dear red.redIn general the vertical scar tends to smooth out and heal well. It is too early in your recovery to be so worried about the scar. At 6 months or so, if the scar is not to your liking you can discuss revision of the scar with your surgeon.

Dear jnpgnby, I think consultations are very helpful for patients. I think for a chin implant, 3 consultations is good number to get adequate information and make a well informed decision.  Take time before to understand the procedure, know what your goals are. What you dont want as much as what you want. Techniques differ between surgeons, so does their approaches.
