66yo, 4 months after revision reconstructed breast. RIGHT side: remove ruptured subpectoral silicone implant and replace with implant above the muscle (prepectoral conversion), lateral fat flap for axillary hollowing, and mastectomy scar revision; LEFT side: Implant removal with breast lift with autoaugmentation flap. No fat grafting.
