I would recommend following up with your Plastic Surgeon who performed the procedure to see what they say. Also keep in mind that plastic surgeons know the anatomy around the mouth and are very careful to inject only where it is safe. Thanks for your question.  Both the Clear and Brilliant and Fraxel dual lasers are great for skin resurfacing!  The Clear and Brilliant is less aggressive but less down-time.  The Fraxel dual can be adjusted in many ways to accommodate your needs as far as results and down-time.  Of course you  need a consultation with a board certified provider, but just looking at your photo here, I would recommend the Fraxel dual.
