Can I correct nipple position after a lift with implants?

Asymmetric nipple positions can be fixed by lifting the lower nipple upwards. This may affect the blood supply of that nipple . IT is often not worth the risk to raise something a few millimeters. I would highly suggest thinking about this some more and whether you feel that , at worst , you could lose your nipple entirely for 2-4 mm.

Hello janiemolina89 !This is a great question and depends on your BMI , How many Areas, the skill of your surgeon and the help he/she has. In this office , i have people to help with all aspects of the surgery to reduce your time under anesthesia . A Surgeon time of 1.5-2 Hours should be sufficient for BMI’s 25-30 . Hello!I believe that you can have a lipo only breast reduction , but the skin may still appear saggy. You would have to possible be ok with that. I combine BR with Tummy Tuck all the time ,. But the look you are going for (If i am to understand this ) is highly more achievable with a lift PLUS and Implant to shape the breast. HELLO Goppo!The Loose skin you are describing is easily removed. The scar on the right side (although it does cut off some of the blood supply) is not as bad as an open gallbladder scar (which i have done multiple times). As long as you are not a smoker and diabetic (which can affect blood supply and wound healing , your course should not be bad. There is not a 100% guarantee, but in my experience, the risk is only marginally different!. Hope this helps !Dr J

Typically , this is not true. They certainly will not cover the cosmetic portion of any surgery. So they will force the doctor and hospital to split this fee and bill you. IT is best to find a Plastic Surgeon who will hire a private General Surgeon to repair the hernia during the surgery (if it is large and requires MESH) or the Plastic Surgeon can do this him or herself (i repair hernias when i see them .) The other option is to get the hernia repaired before the Tummy Tuck.
