This 67 year old female patient opted for a bilateral mastectomy and bilateral reconstruction after breast cancer diagnosis. Patient received a bilateral mastectomy in August 2016, she simultaneously had tissue expanders and dermal matrix placed in order to allow for breast tissue to soften. Bilateral reconstruction was performed in November 2016 and the patient received Natrelle Inspira silicone implants, SRF-485 cc in right breast and SRX-580 cc in left breast.
