When an implant is placed, there is a great deal of healing and compensation that has to occur. I get your concerns regarding differences, but you have to give it enough time for your body to naturally settle the implant. It has only been 4 weeks. It sounds like you are doing all the right things. Trust the process.

So the question can I get away with not doing a lift after removing implant?when an implant is removed the tissue does contract back some but will take at least 6 months. Beyond that, time has past since implants were placed so natural settling has occurred as we are all fighting gravity. So generally a lift is a good idea to counteract implant removal. That being said 200 is a tiny implant so you could try it without lift as long as you understand you may want a lift down the road.good luck!

What size breasts would be considered 'perfect' for my build?

Choosing size of implant requires multiple factors,such as height , weight, chest width and body frame. Of course personal factors and patients idea of ideal also play into the equation. So in essence there is no "perfect" one size fits all approach. I would say you are tall so larger implant probably is appropriate. I also find that when patients go a little larger than what they think, they are happier. 450 cc range might be a good choice.....best of luck!

Implant size is always a difficult and personal choice. On the one hand you don't want to be "too big" but you need the volume to fill out the skin envelope. Based on your size 600 cc does not seem unreasonable. Personally I prefer a higher profile but there is nothing wrong with a moderate.Another consideration is if you need a breast lift. Pictures were not available to confirm, but often if you do a lift you can get more upper pole fullness and possibly get away with a smaller implant and...

Fat grafting to the face is an excellent technique to restore volume to the face that is lost with aging. I routinely add fat transfer to a facelift, and in your case there is no reason you shouldn't be able to volumize the malar areas at this point, even after the facelift.good luck!

The determination of maximum size possible depends on how wide your chest is and how loose the skin envelope over the breast is to allow room for the implant. I would have to measure you to give you a firm answer, but average implant sizes are definitely going up. My feeling is a 500 cc implant would work for you. The best option for you bar none is a breast augmentation . This gives you the highest likelihood for a good long lasting result. Furthermore, if you were to have any complications, augmentation can be easily reversed by just removing the implant. You can reduce areola size with an augmentation if necessary. Contracture rates are lower under the muscle and textured may carry slightly lower risk for contracture. Based on your goals, you will get the best result with a silicone gel implant that is narrower than the width of your breast. So to maximize size, I would guess you might be better off with a high profile implant. Most people who get implants are worried about looking "fake."
