25-year-old overweight man presented with extreme Gynecomastia ("Man Boobs") with large asymmetric hanging breasts. The condition was highly embarrassing and interfered with his daily activities. No underlying hormonal abnormalities were present. Due to the size of the breasts and low location of the nipple complex, he successfully underwent bilateral removal of the breasts (Mastectomy) with nipple transfers (free nipple grafting).
