What I don't like about this story is being told you needed another syringe because the filler ran out. It looks as if the inner portion on the right may have separated during healing, it is possible this is the source of the pain but difficult to say without an in-person exam. There isn't very much to do at this point other than care for the scars and massage any firm areas. I can't give you a definite answer as I don't know what you looked like before, but you clearly lost a large amount of weight and had an inverted-T procedure. If you lost more weight after surgery, that can result in additional skin laxity. You clearly have skin laxity of the central abdomen and can benefit from removing additional skin using this same inverted-T scar approach.
