Your fatigue could be due to a variety of reasons. The best person to ask is your surgeon. Maybe there is a cause that could be determined by an examination.

Without a proper assessment (in person) it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. Only after thorough examination you can get appropriate recommendations and advice. Every plastic surgeon has a different set of instructions. I would suggest you discuss this with your surgeon.

Your bruising is certainly beyond what I would consider normal. It is consistent with a hematoma and I recommend that you see your surgeon as soon as possible to be evaluated.

With the degree of weight loss that you are planning, I highly recommend that you get within 5 to 10 pounds of your target weight before having this procedure. Significant weight loss after a breast lift will lead to premature drooping of your breasts.

Most likely, this is due to sutures that are still dissolving. They can take up to 3 to 4 months to completely disappear. The best person to address this is your plastic surgeon, not your family doctor.

Personally, I would not cancel your surgery. Your hemoglobin and white blood cell count are within normal limits. It is of course up to the surgeon and anesthesiologist that will be treating you.

You do not have tubular breasts. You could increase your breast size with a breast implant and also reduce the size of the areola. This would also improve the sagging to some degree.

Based on your photographs, I think you are good candidate for a medial thigh lift using only a groin incision. I think that this would produce good results and a scar that is easy to conceal.

It does take 3 to 4 months for your stomach to feel normal and the swelling to completely subside. Your wound appears to be healing and that will also take some more time. Other than following your instructions, there is nothing you can do to speed up the healing process.

From your photos, I do not think that is necessary for you to have a belt abdominoplasty. You could achieve some improvement of your love handles with liposuction alone. There will be some loose skin there, but if it is not an issue in your mind, there would be no reason for you to extend the incision all the way around her back. You could stick with a tummy tuck and address your main concern.

I actually just operated on somebody this week with psoriasis. At her preoperative visit she had a significant breakout over her entire body. With medication, it subsided and she had an uneventful surgery. You would not want to have any active places or open sores on your body at the time of your surgery. It should be fairly easy to time your medication with your surgery.

At minimum, you would need to have your implant removed and the pocket washed out with antibiotics. A new implant could be placed at that same time depending upon the findings in the operating room. Rates of success for implants salvage are approximately 50%.
