It appears that there is a greater amount of brow ptosis or droop on one side causing the asymmetry. There are several possible surgical solutions to this. An in office evaluation would be needed to determine which one would be best for you.You would want to be evaluated for true ptosis of the evelid and also have the health of the eye assessed.
