She went on to complete a plastic surgery residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was later appointed as an assistant professor of surgery in the department of plastic surgery.

Today, in addition to her private practice, Dr. Leveque is a clinical assistant professor at Florida State University, department of surgery in Tallahassee, as well as an appointed physician for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos.

In my opinion you have pseudoptosis, which describes a breast in which the nipples themselves are in a proper position but a significant portion of the breast tissue has dropped inferiorly. You can definitely have a tummy tuck after liposuction. The ideal placement for breast implants is under the muscle. During your implant exchange your surgeon should be able to place your new, silicone implants under the muscle with no problems. You may even experience less discomfort post op, as your muscle has already been stretched with the saline implants.

From the pictures, it looks as though the rippling is only seen when you are leaning forward/downward and only in the medial aspect of the breasts. Otherwise, it does look like you have a good result. Fat transfer can help solve the problem of rippling as well as implant placement below the muscle, but do not always work to prevent rippling depending on your body habitus (thin breast tissue, etc). Thanks so much for submitting your question and pictures. From the photos, it does appear you have a hematoma which can be a risk after a large surgery such as an abdominoplasty. Hematomas do typically feel large and firm at first and will begin to breakdown and dissolve over the course of a few weeks. At that point, they can be removed by syringe aspiration. The surgeon may also decide to remove the hematoma surgically. Following up with the operating surgeon would be best in this case...
