Thanks for your question and sharing your photos.I think your results look very good, and at two weeks out your experience is normal.I recommend getting a lymphatic massage, get a treatment such as smooth shapes, and continue wearing your garment. If you have an area with fluid in it, I suggest seeing your Plastic Surgeon; You may have a seroma that needs to be drained.

Hi and thank you for your question. From the photos you provided I would recommend some touch up lipo to your flanks to help contour your abdomen to give you a little more of an hour glass figure. Speak with your surgeon and see if they would be willing to do this or go for a second opinion.

Hi and thank you for your question. It’s a little too early in your healing process to judge exactly what your results will be. From your photos it does look like you have a reasonable amount of swelling still. Also, depending on how much tissue was removed can also determine the amount of liposuction can be done or vice versa. There are specific laws in each state for how much can be removed safely for the patient. I would suggest speaking with your surgeon and see what they suggest.

Thank you for your question. Typically with tummy tuck surgeries adding lipo to the flanks will improve your results. This helps to achieve an hour glass figure and also can in some cases shorten the incision. I think it depends from surgeon to surgeon on their protocol for this surgery. Hi and thank you for your questions. After any type of surgery there is a recovery period. After liposuction to the abdomen I recommend 1 week off of work and then return on light duty. No heavy lifting, bending or exercising for a few weeks after. It is recommended to walk around after surgery to prevent blood clots. Also wearing a proper compression garment with help with swelling and results. Good luck!
