Bilateral breast lift with implant removal, total capsulectomy and fat grafting. After explant photos are 1 year post-op. Patient had 2 additional rounds of fat grafting one year after her first procedure. In the first round of fat grafting, 200cc was transferred to the right and 230cc to the left. During the second round 250cc was transferred to the right and 200cc to the left. After fat grafting photos are 3 months after each procedure.
