Hello. This particular bra seems to be fine after 6-12 post-breast augmentation. Make sure the bra does not put direct pressure to the incision if the incision is located in the breast fold. We prefer a supportive bra along with a bra strap after 1 week from surgery. After 6 weeks patients have the option to use a sports bra. Good luck!

Hello. 3 weeks is still too early to determine the outcome of the procedure. It is very normal to still have swelling. The tip will take up to 1 year for the swelling to resolve. Some surgeons encourage taping and using a nasal splint to help reduce the residual swelling left from surgery. Talk to your surgeon and share your concerns with him. I'm sure he or she will have some tips to help with your swelling. Best of luck!

Hello. After reviewing your photos, there is no doubt you need to allow more time for the implants to settle. At least 3-6 months from surgery. Depending on the outcome you are wanting to achieve, if you wish to have more fullness in the upper pole of your breast, you may need to have more skin removed and the folds raised. If you wish to achieve a more natural look, additional surgery will not be necessary. Good luck!

Hello. I'm sorry you are experiencing drainage and infection. If you have fears of a returned infection, I would discuss the option of obtaining a culture and sensitivity as well as a gram stain of the fluid to determine if the infection is still lingering. If it comes back positive, the culture and sensitivity will help determine the type of antibiotic the bacteria would respond to. Hang in there and make sure to communicate your concerns with your surgeon...

Although it is very common to experience nasal congestion, drainage and some bloody mucous, it is best to have your surgeon examine you to make sure you are not having a small area of active bleeding. Also, make sure you are not taking Motrin, Aleeve, (anti-inflammatories), herbal supplements that will increase your chance of bleeding. Best of luck!
