I think you will do well with a breast lift without augmentation. There is a good amount of breast tissue, and not putting in implants means that you don’t have to worry about complications that can occur later associated with implants (capsular contracture, implant rupture, implant malposition). Thanks for submitting your question. It appears that you would benefit from a lift. If you are emotionally not ready to undergo a lift due to concerns regarding scar, you could undergo the implants first. If you go with larger sized implants, it may be possible to get by with just a scar around the areola, which can be performed as a clinic procedure with just some local anesthesia.
