It can be difficult to tell from a picture and a in person consultation is always of more value. The amount of fat that goes in is all relative. In other words, the smaller your frame is the less fat that needs to be placed to obtain a nice result. You appear to be a good candidate but I would reccomend an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

From your pictures you definitely appear to be a good candidate for the procedure. You will have significant shaping of the body from the liposuction and a significant amount of fat to be placed into the buttocks. The final shape and result are dependent of several factors but ultimately you should achieve pleasing results.

An examination in person is always better than a picture for an opinion. However, you could benefit from the liposuction to improve the shape around the buttocks. This will make the buttocks look more pleasing by itself. The shaping along with the fat transfer of the the buttocks (BBL) will give an even more appealing shape. The amount of fat actually transfered will probably be somewhat limited because of your low percentage of body fat.

That is unfortunate that you feel the breast are smaller. Cup size is difficult to predict with implant size. Also, sometimes women feel that when the breast are lifted the are smaller since the breast are now more high and compact as opposed to long and droopy. You need to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.

Although it is difficult to say from a picture alone, you appear to have a knuckling of the implant. Essentially the implant is folded on itself causing the sharp point. This is generally caused by a pocket that is to restrictive leading to a folding or knuckling of the implant. You need to follow up with your plastic surgeon to review your options if this problem does not resolve.

You know the old adage, “you get what you pay for”? Try and remember that when to selecting a plastic surgeon. The skill level and experience of two surgeons is not equal and the ultimate result will depend on the plastic surgeon knowledge and execution of the procedure. What seems like a discount initially may cost you many fold in the long run if things don’t work out like you want them to. Do your research carefully. Good luck.

That is a good question about recovery. It certainly does make it tougher for recovery with both a BBL and a breast augmentation. However, I frequently perform these procedures together and at times also combine it with a tummy tuck i.e. “mommy makeover”.Recover is tougher but there is only one recoery instead of two. For most patients this is beneficial and they choose the multiple procedures. Good luck.

This is a difficult if question to answer. The garment industry does not have a standard for cup size. Also, it depends on the womans weight, height, and amount of breast tissue present. You are very early in the process. In general, it take months for implants to fully drop. However, this is influenced by site of implants (above or below the muscel), smooth or textured implants, and the overall size of the implant. Keep in close contact with your plastic surgeon and most likely all will be fine.

Hello. The bone sturcture and the soft tissue coverage of the buttocks will definitely impact your final result. In general, patients with a well shaped buttocks to begin with that only need volume get better results than patients with poor shape pre-operatively. Good Luck.

I’m sorry to hear that you had an infection after a Brazilian buttock lift. Unfortunately, infections and complications do occur after surgery. Your main goal at this point should be to get rid of the infection. Sometimes antibiotics by themselves are enough but on other occasions incision and drainage is necessary. This does result in external scars but most likely is necessary to clear the infection. Good luck.

Unfortunately, sometimes there are infections and complications after surgery. The good news is there definitely can be improvement on the scarring and the depression of the right buttock. Remember, scars and discoloration generally improve over time without any intervention. The depression will most likely have to be dealt with by another fat transfer session.
