The patient is a 32-year-old woman who presented with breast micromastia and marked ptosis (drooping/sagging) for breast augmentation mastopexy(lift). The patient desired a full, round, "D" cup breast. Smooth, round, moderate plus profile, 300cc saline implants filled to 330cc were selected and placed under the muscle.
