Bases on your photos and your age, I would not recommend any type of breast lift. I think an implant alone can give you a nice look. I would also only recommend a smooth round implant. You will not see much difference with an “anatomical” implant and there are downsides with those. Best to see a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation.

Congrats on your weight loss! After that much weight loss, having some loose skin is normal. Best to do an in person exam with a board certified plastic surgeon, but it does appear you will be a great candidate for a standard abdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips. Although the breasts can be done with just an implant, you will get a better result with a mastopexy (breast lift) too. You appear to be a good candidate for a standard regular tummy tuck. Often some liposuction of the hips is done as well. Most plastic surgeons use the term extended when more skin needs to be cut out and the incision extends around toward the back. Instead of using terminology, you should look at surgeons photographs to make sure of what is going to be done. Good luck.

It is best to go through a sizing process with your surgeon. There is not much difference in size between a 375 and 400 cc implant so I would recommend discussing again with your surgeon and possibly having him try on intraoperative sizers to determine what size looks best for what you desire. Laser liposuction has not been shown to cause the skin to tighten more then traditional regular tumescent liposuction. So if you are a candidate for one then you are a candidate for the other as well. Hope that helps.

In some patients, the nasal tip complex can droop more as they age. This can accentuate any depression or irregularity in the lower lateral cartilage. This is not that uncommon and can usually benefit from a rhinoplasty procedure. Tip defining sutures and a columellar strut are usually used to provide a more symmetrical and supported tip complex. If the plastic surgeons you are seeing are not familiar or comfortable with this, then I would recommend another consult. Good luck.

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with your results. It is hard to give you advice without an in-person exam. But it does appear that you have inadequate muscle release and need a different size implant for symmetry. I would also recommend changing the type of implant that you have. I Iwould recommend using implants from one of the two largest implant makers in the United States, allergan or mentor. if you need warranty replacement in the future it is much more likely that these companies will still be in business.

Yes, you can have your chin implant removed at any time. However, secondary surgery may be necessary to give a better look as it’s uncertain what the result would be after removal. Talk to a plastic surgeon who has experience in this scenario.

This type of question about breast lift comes up a lot. Although the donut lift seems like a good idea due to its minimal scarring, it is rarely the best type of lift to do and I would recommend against it in your case. A vertical or lollipop lift will most likely give you the best outcome and longest lasting result. Best to discuss all options with your plastic surgeon. Good luck.
