This patient presented with severe periodontal disease which needed the entire upper and lower jaw dentition (teeth) removed, but requested fixed prosthesis. Since significant amount of periodontal disease caused major bone loss, we had to use zygoma implant technique in order to deliver upper fixed teeth. In the same day, we performed lower all on 4 (Teeth X-Press) technique as well. We were able to remove all upper and lower dentition, place implants and deliver an upper and lower temporary fixed hybrid prosthesis the same day. Eventually the general dentist fabricated the final prosthesis to patient's satisfaction.
