This is a patient with Maxillary excess (gummy smile) and mandibular deficiency (chin set back). Orthognathic surgery done to address both problems of gummy smile and weak chin. Jaw surgery planned and executed with Le fort I osteotomy and bilateral sagittal split osteotomy in order to reposition the upper jaw and advance the lower jaw for excellent facial harmony and function.
