You will need to be patient and wait for the swelling to go down which may take several months.  If the area is still of concern then touch up lipo can be done.  Please continue to follow up with your PS.

Fat can be injected at the same time as you have your implants removed.  However there will be some fat loss over time as not all the fat that is injected survives.  Make sure to see a board certified PS for your options.

The quick answer is yes but many factors come into play during the actual surgery to determine if a direct implant can be done.  You may also want to consider DIEP flaps which uses the fat from your belly to reconstruct the breasts and no implants are required.  Best wishes!

Yes this is a possibility for you but make sure you see a PS who can offer you all your options in regards to your reconstruction: implants vs. using your own tissues (DIEP flaps).  Best wishes!

Yes your implants can change with more time and I would also recommend waiting at least 6 months before any revisions can be done.  Best wishes!
Too much compression ruin my TT?

Swelling is normal during the post op period.  Your binder may have been positioned incorrectly so that more swelling went to the pubic area so you may want to try adjusting or just wearing the spanx for now.
I am now 3 weeks post op and seeing great results but will they last?

Your results will continue to improve and if you add diet and exercise you will be able to maintain your results.  Remember you cannot cheat the "fat" as it will come back if you are not careful.

Your best results will come with a tummy tuck/lipo procedure.  If you try just lipo or laser tightening, you will be disappointed with the results.  Make sure you see a board certified PS.

I would say make an appointment to see your PS so that the area can be evaluated.  It looks like it will heal with some proper wound care.
