Most of what you have is post-inflamatory hyperpigmentation from prior acne. Cotninuing to use the Adapalene will help some. Other ways to speed the resolution would be Cutera Genesis Laser treatments. Genesis not only improves pigmentation, but also helps pigment and acne.

I think that Sculptra is a good choice for you. Sculptra addresses the underlying fat and bone loss in the upper face which is what causes prominent nasal labial folds and marionette lines. The downside to Sculptra, is that it is not as instant as some of the HA fillers, but in the long run is longer lasting and addresses more directly the undelrying cause.
