It is normal to experience hair loss daily of 100 hairs. I would recommend seeing a dermatologist so they can evaluate the type of hair loss you are experiencing. Both topical and oral supplements are available over the counter. Lastly, blood work can be done to check your thyroid function and your hormones since this can cause hair loss. Follow up with your dermatologist so they can discuss your options with you.

Sorry to hear that you are unable to use Latisse for your eyelashes. There is an alternative called Alphaeon Eye Lash Serum. It is used once daily to help lengthen and thicken eyelashes. The company states that results are seen in 8 weeks of usage. Please consult your physician to see if this is a good alternative for you.

Since Halo is a Fractionated Hybrid Laser it is recommended to avoid use of abrasive cleansers and creams post treatment. I recommend using a gentle cleanser such as Cetaphil with lukewarm water. I also recommend using Elta MD Moisturizer up to 48 hours post treatment and apply as needed. After 48 hours you may use Teoxane Repair Balm or Neocutis Biocream to promote healing up to 7 days.
