Biography: Mitch is a board-certified physician in anesthesiology and aesthetic medicine. After completing medical school at George Washington University, he did his internship at Lenox Hill Hospital (NY), and his residency at George Washington University Hospital (Washington, DC). He practiced in the Maryland/Washington DC area for 13 years before moving to Naples with his family in 1999. Dr. Zeitler has been practicing at the same hospital, first as Cleveland Clinic and presently as Physicians Regional for the past in 17 years.

It is normal to be slightly sore the day after Sculptra injection and a few bruises are common. I recommend medium pressure massage 5 times a day for 5 min for 5 days. Massaging more than this will not hurt anything. (I tell my patients the more the better the first few days) I also recommend using a lotion or oil on the skin during massage.
