A mommy makeover is a generic term to describe surgical procedures that can positively address changes that occurred as the result of pregnancy? Typically it includes some sort of abdominal procedure (full abdominoplasty or mini tummy tuck) and a breast procedure (breast augmentation, breast lift with or without breast implants or even a breast reduction).

It would be possible and in fact is common to combine breast procedures including implant exchange and lift at the same time. This is essentially in the Mommy Makeover category. I would use a short scar, lollipop scar, technique and think that you would do well. It also sounds like you are a good candidate tor a tummy tuck.

It is very common to combine procedures, this reduces cost and recovery time since you will be recovering for all the procedures at the same time. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon who will make recommendations which procedures are safe to combine together.

The combination of procedures you are requesting can be performed. However I do not think reducing the volume of the implant by 50% can be done without leaving you with a lot more scarring. If you really want your breast size to be rduced by this amount then I would perform your breast surgery in 2 stages
